- Receive automated AI voice calls at the phone number you provided
- Having calls recorded for quality and training purposes
- Being informed when you are speaking with an AI system
- The collection and processing of call data as described
- Consent is voluntary and not required for services
- You can withdraw consent at any time
- Standard carrier rates may apply
- AI calls will identify themselves as automated

- Emergency Exceptions: Time-sensitive matters (payment deadlines, legal documents) may require calls outside standard hours
- Do Not Disturb: You can set specific times when you don't wish to receive calls

Note: Opting out of AI calls will not affect your ability to receive important account notifications through other channels (email, SMS, or human calls for urgent matters).

- Provide the option to speak with a human representative upon request
